Beton Bauen congratulates sponsored club Ely Rangers AFC, who had two great reasons to celebrate in the last week
Beton Bauen are proud to sponsor Ely Rangers AFC, and this week has given the club plenty of reason to celebrate. This season Beton Bauen has sponsored the 1st Team away kit, in addition to training/coaching kit in previous seasons.
Ely Rangers 1st Team were crowned champions of the SW Alliance League Championship at the weekend coming from one-nil down to beat Vale United 3-1. After taking an early lead through Reuben Bryl, Vale United equalised through Dan Hanson. However, Ely Rangers persisted and were rewarded, with two late goals from Richard Greaves (penalty) and Archie Leckie to give them a 3-1 win and the Championship title! Next season Meanwhile, over at the SDM Glass Stadium (home to Penybont FC), Ely Rangers Under 16s secured the Huw James South Wales Under 16s Boys Cup Final, winning on penalties against Dinas Powys Ravens. Even better the Under 16s wore the Beton Bauen sponsored 'green' kit!
Managing Director at Beton Bauen, Steve Davies said "So glad our continued support of Ely Rangers" is helping the club achieve success at multiple age groups. Steve goes on to say...
"Congratulations to both the Under 16s for their cup win and also to the 1st Team, not only for gaining promotion, but to do it as Champions is a huge achievement."
Congratulations also to Ely Rangers Under 14s, who were also worthy finalists in their age group, marginally missing out on penalties.
