Beton Bauen provides specialist contracting projects throughout the UK. We are currently recruiting for the following full-time position:
CONTRACTS MANAGER
from £40,000 per annum*
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all aspects of a company's contract negotiations, obligations and implementation. Duties include negotiating contracts, advising management and supervising the implementation of contracts of up to £1,000,000 and to ensure optimal efficiency, maximum returns, and to support both the Commercial Manager and Operations Manager.
JOB DETAILS / REQUIREMENTS
► Experience in Concrete Repair & Structural Waterproofing (preferred)
► CSCS Qualification Required (CSCS Black Card Management Level preferred)
► Willing to travel and work non-standard hours (if required)
► Responsible for Managing projects worth up to £1,000,000
► Driving License Required / Company Vehicle Provided
► Private Medical Insurance & Pension Scheme available
► Salary: from £40,000 per annum (*depending on experience & skill set)
