"We're delighted to be supporting Caerphilly RFC. At Beton Bauen we feel that it's vitally important to support the local community and sports clubs. As we're based in Caerphilly, this partnership was a no brainer. We wish the 'green and whites' all the best for the forthcoming season."
The Main Stand at The Mollex Stadium Virginia Park, Caerphilly will look a bit different this season, thanks to a sponsorship deal with local specialist construction contractor, Beton Bauen.
The one-year deal compromises not only of Beton Bauen branding appearing on top of the Main Stand, but also a number of perimeter hoardings. Beton Bauen Marketing Manager, Dan Brennan announced, "Beton Bauen is delighted to be supporting Caerphilly RFC. We feel that it's vitally important to support the local community and sports clubs. As we're based in Caerphilly, this partnership was a no brainer! We wish the 'green and whites' all the best for the forthcoming season."
The sponsorship agreement marks the start of a relationship that could well be of long term benefit to both parties. Beton Bauen's Managing Director Steve Davies explains, "Our company has expanded greatly in the past three years, we're recruiting Concrete Repair Technicians on a continual basis. Where better to market our position and advertise for a local workforce than at the local rugby club?".
Caerphilly RFC Chairman, Gareth Ashman announced the news prior to a pre-season home friendly against Pontyclun RFC on Saturday and said, "We're delighted to add Beton Bauen to a growing number of high-profile sponsors. The club is continually investing in its facilities for all age groups. With current costs spiraling, additional sponsorship has never been so welcome."
