► BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying required 
► CSCS accreditation preferred 
► Knowledge of Concrete Materials preferred
► Full UK Driving License required

Oversee all aspects of a company's contract negotiations, obligations and implementation. Duties include negotiating contracts, advising management and supervising the implementation of contracts for optimal efficiency, maximum returns, and to support both the Commercial Manager and Operations Manager.

► CSCS Qualification Required (CSCS Black Card Level preferred) 

► Willing to travel and work non-standard hours (if required) 

► Responsible for Managing projects worth up to £1,000,000

► Salary: from £40,000 per annum (*depending on experience/skill set)
